COVID 19 Protocols

Welcome to a ‘COVID19 Free’ Care Home.

Leighton House is accepting all new admissions subject to a full assessment.
All our assessments can be conducted remotely by either telephone, video calls or by simply coming to see us first hand.
For hospital admissions, we require COVID-19 test results prior to admission.
We regularly test all our residents and staff.
Leighton House has a strict policy in place for admissions. Visitors and all staff have full access to PPE at all times. This includes items such as Masks, Gloves, Aprons, Hair Nets, Face Visors and more.

We are facilitating all visits for family members to see loved ones in a controlled and safe environment.

Visitation guidelines below:

All visits will be organised in a secure and safe private room with full access to complimentry drinks and snacks. Visits can also be organised in residents rooms.
All visits need to be booked through our activities coordinator and visits will be documented for our records.
With respect we are asking all relatives to bring their own PPE as we are conserving valuable supplies for our staff. However, if you do not have any PPE, Leighton House will supply you with some on a complimentary basis.

Visits are entirely your choice and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
